Do you accept insurance?

We do not, however we can provide you with a superbill to submit to your insurance for possible reimbursement.

What is the price of an appointment?

The cost of an initial visit is $150. After you are established as a patient, returning visits are $75-90. Prices are all inclusive.

Do I need a doctor’s referral?

Since we do not accept insurance, you do not need a referral to be seen at our office.

How long are appointments?

Your initial visit is approx 60 minutes long in order to assess and treat your injury. After you are established as a patient, appointments are approximately 15-30 minutes.
