Do I need a doctor’s referral?

We do not require a doctor's referral to visit our office.

Do you accept insurance?

We do not accept insurance, however, we can provide a superbill for you to submit to your insurance for potential reimbursement.

Do you accept personal injury (PI) cases?

Unfortunately, we do not accept personal injury cases, however we can attempt to find a chiropractor that does for you if another referral was not provided.

What is the price of an appointment?

The initial visit (approx. 60 minutes) is $150.

Follow-up visits are $75 for 15 minutes or $90 for 30 minutes.

Prices are all inclusive.
