Dr. Meghan Miller holds a Bachelor of Science in Kinesiology from California State University, Fullerton, and earned her Doctorate in Chiropractic from Palmer College of Chiropractic, West. During her time at Palmer, she was an active member of the Sports Council, treating athletes of all ages on and off the field. Her dedication and expertise earned her the prestigious Sports Intern of the Year award.
Building on her foundation, Dr. Meghan pursued a Post-Doctoral Degree in Sports Chiropractic through the American Board of Sports Physicians, earning her CCSP® credential. This advanced education enhanced her ability to diagnose and treat injuries efficiently, enabling her patients to recover faster and perform better.
With over 12 years of experience, Dr. Meghan helps people untangle pain, restore mobility, and move with purpose. Known as The Fascia Fixer and Movement Strategist, she goes beyond temporary symptom relief—getting to the root of dysfunction and retraining the body from the fascia out.
Her approach blends chiropractic care, fascia-focused therapy, and personalized movement mapping to unlock lasting results. Whether it’s daily stiffness, postural strain, or performance plateaus, Dr. Meghan crafts treatment strategies that fit your body and lifestyle.
A lifelong student of human mechanics, her passion was born on the softball field—where over a decade as a catcher and first baseman taught her the importance of movement longevity, recovery, and resilience.
